How do I return an item?

LeatherandBags.com aims to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Leather and Bags offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on unused or defective merchandise from the receipt of shipment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items are non-returnable.
(Please Note: After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly regarding any defect/warranty/repair issues.)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable.
LeatherandBags.com has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.
Step 1- CONTACT US
Email us at or call us at 1-888-345-4742, between 9-5 PST Mon-Fri and tell us (1.) whether you want a refund or exchange and (2.) the reason for return.
*PLEASE NOTE: To receive refund the items must be returned unused, and in manufacturer's original packaging, with all tags attached in the original box.
* For Refunds: A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization #. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 2- PACK AND SHIP IT
Once you have received your authorization code, please pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit.
For Refunds: Please choose a shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for the address to return the items.
Step 3- CREDIT ME
LeatherandBags.com will credit your card for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after LeatherandBags.com has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
- Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please contact us immediately if your LeatherandBags.com purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.
Defective merchandise is covered for 30 days by LeatherandBags.com . After that time please refer to the manufacturer for warranty service.
